A large fund is required for the conduct of the daily affairs of the temple and also for the ongoing renovation of the temple and for the social activities held under the banner of the temple.
In the recent past, due to the unplanned and unscientific manner in which the city has developed and the blocking of the canals and drainages, during the monsoon, most part of the Rathaveethi inside the temple remains moist, dirty and unhygienic. As a solution, perforated PVC pipes are being laid at a predefined depth to collect sub-surface and rain water inside the temple and store the same in huge storage tanks outside the temple, and will be treated to use as potable water for more than 100 GSB families staying in TD Housing Complex. The PVC pipes will be covered with geo-fabric and rubble around them, and Krishnasila (Black granite stones) will be laid over them, inside the temple. The work is now progressing and the project cost is around 75 lacs. The photos of the work can be viewed from the Photo Gallery. The cost of one Paduka of Krishnasila is estimated to be Rs.501/-
Donations are solicited from the devotees, who can donate in multiples of Rs.501/- either directly to the Bank account of the temple or by cash at the Temple counter. Bank a/c details are as under:
